  Spectral H 6305 is a hardener specifically formulated to be used in conjunction with Spectral UNDER 305-00 epoxy filler. This combination is designed to provide excellent corrosion resistance and filling capabilities for automotive refinishing applications.

  • Enhanced Corrosion Resistance: When mixed with Spectral UNDER 305-00 epoxy filler, H 6305 contributes to superior protection against corrosion, allowing direct application to metal substrates without the need for additional primers. 

  • High Filling Capacity: The mixture offers a good filling power, capable of achieving up to 180 microns in film thickness, effectively leveling surface imperfections.

  • Excellent Sandability: The cured mixture is easy to sand, facilitating smooth surface preparation for subsequent painting processes.

  • Simplified Application Process: Utilizing H 6305 hardener with UNDER 305-00 filler streamlines the repair process by combining anti-corrosion and filling properties, potentially eliminating the need for separate epoxy primers. 

  Usage Recommendations:

  • Mixing Ratio: Combine Spectral UNDER 305-00 filler with H 6305 hardener in a 4:1 ratio by volume. 

  • Application: Apply the mixed product to prepared metal surfaces. The filler can be over-sanded to achieve the desired surface profile.

  • Curing Time: At 20°C, the mixture requires approximately 6 hours to cure fully.
