We partner with trusted carriers such as DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, TNT, or Royal Mail for all worldwide deliveries. Shipping times are based on orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and are estimates only. Please note that in some rare cases, delays may occur due to security checks or other unavoidable circumstances.
We provide worldwide parcel tracking for all deliveries, ensuring you can easily monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- We'll inspect the returned item.
- If approved, we'll refund your payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, please return any unwanted items and place a new order.
