Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
We deliver to the United Kingdom and to 28 countries across Europe. We partner with trusted carriers such as DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, TNT and Royal Mail. Shipping times are based on orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are estimates only. In rare cases delays may occur due to security checks or other unavoidable circumstances.
Parcel tracking is provided on all deliveries.
Where we deliver
- United Kingdom — Standard delivery (1-3 business days) and Next Day delivery on orders placed before 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.
- Northern Ireland — Express delivery.
- Europe — Express International delivery to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
We are not currently able to deliver outside the UK and Europe. If you are ordering from elsewhere, please email us at hello@refinishhub.co.uk and we will let you know what we can do.
Hazardous goods
Paints, solvents, thinners, hardeners and aerosols are classified as hazardous for transport. Some carrier and destination restrictions apply to these items, and delivery options may be limited at checkout as a result.
RETURNS
14-Day Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Return
- Return items within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original, sealed, and unused condition.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Email us at hello@refinishhub.co.uk to initiate a return.
- We'll email you with return instructions.
- Securely package the item(s).
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- We'll inspect the returned item.
- If approved, we'll refund your payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted items and place a new order.
Duty & Taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes, payable by the customer.
