  The Carbon Fibre Edition PROLite — the same gravity gun and acetal cup as the standard kit, finished in carbon fibre livery.

  Key features

  • Carbon fibre finish — the difference is cosmetic; the gun underneath is the standard PROLite
  • High-capacity air passages — hold atomisation on low-VOC and high-solids material instead of spitting it
  • Linear air valve — stays composed through the trigger travel, which keeps pearls and metallics laying flat
  • Choice of air cap — TE10, TE20 and TE25 high efficiency, T110 for a finer break-up, HV30 where HVLP compliance is the requirement
  • Acetal cup — lighter than aluminium, and solvent will not craze it
  • Shares parts with the standard PROLite — nozzles, needles and caps are the same, so nothing extra to stock

  Choosing your fluid tip

  As a rule of thumb: 1.0–1.2mm for clearcoat and light metallic basecoat, 1.3mm as the all-round bodyshop choice. If you are unsure, ring us — we would rather get it right first time than have you send it back.
